Dealer Portal Service Interruption

Some users are currently experiencing technical difficulties relating to our new Dealer Portal. The following common issues are being reported:

  1. An error message stating: “This Connection is Not Private”
  2. Unable to login to a Jaylor Dealer Account

 

The Jaylor team is aware of these issues and working diligently to correct them as soon as possible.

In the meantime, users can follow the following troubleshooting steps below to access the site during this temporary service disruption.

Troubleshooting:

Users who are encountering the “Connection is Not Secure” error can still access our Parts Portal.

First, to again access, please click the “Advanced” button on the bottom left of the page. Please see the highlighted image below for reference.

 

Next, users will need to click the “proceed to portal.jaylor.com” at the bottom of the text paragraph.

Again, please reference the image below.

Some users are experiencing issues when logging into their previous Jaylor Parts account.
Often, users will need to contact our support team to reset their password and confirm their account details.

Please contact sales@jaylor.com for resetting your account details and include the following information:

  1. First & Last Name
  2. Email Previously Used
  3. Username Previously Used
  4. Dealership Name.
