COVID-19: A message from our CEO

Valued Customers, and Partners:

As we navigate our new short and long term normal, I want to take a moment to ensure you we are doing our outmost to ensure the safety and well-being of our team, while at the same time striving to meet commitments to our customers.

Starting today, all roles that reasonably can be done remotely will be transitioning. Our IT infrastructure is well setup to accommodate seamless remote connection to voice and data systems. We have also cancelled any business travel, and asked all employees that recently travelled and are returning home to self-quarantine.

For production, the following adjustments have been made:

  1. We are adjusting/offsetting break times,
  2. Adapted sanitization and distancing regiments to the current recommended standards,
  3. Reduced overall traffic into our facility as reasonably possible.

This month we broke another all-time sales record, THANK YOU! With staff each experiencing their own set of challenges, we are doing our utmost to meet their needs, and still keep our committed shipping dates. We ask for your understanding, and to please communicate with us if you feel we have over looked something.

We appreciate your business, and remain committed to doing our utmost to keep our products rolling out of production as close to scheduled dates as we can, with no compromise on the quality you’ve come to expect from us.
